Florida Gas Prices Hit New 2024. Aaa noted the recent 2024 record high was still below 2023′s springtime peak of $3.72 per gallon. State average gas prices went up 12 cents last week, reaching a new 2024 record of $3.62 per gallon, according to an aaa press release.
On sunday, the state average for a gallon of gas was $3.31. Florida gasoline prices reached a new high of the year last week, spiking 10 cents more than the week before.
